Our Agency
Citywide Home Care LLC is a Home Care agency that assists clients to feel better in the comfort of their own home. We are specialized in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide an individualized service that you can trust because we do not believe in one care plan fits all approach. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. Our one-on-one attention and care cannot be compared to any other settings. Who We Serve
Our services are offer to any individual age 21 and above with physical, challenging behavior, mental health, and developmental disabilities and other life-threatening illnesses throughout the State of Pennsylvania.
Hours of Operation
Citywide Home Care LLC operates 24/7 for clients under our supervision. However, our business office is open from Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., on weekends from 8 a.m.-1 p.m., and closed on all federal and state holidays.
